Recently we heard a story of one of our account managers, Sidney, going above and beyond for one of our clients! She answered the phone after hours and helped one of our clients who was stuck in Florida that needed auto data ASAP to rent a car, and phone confirmation wouldn’t be sufficient for the dealer. Sidney signed in and got it taken care of! Turnaround time was less than 10mins!  Let’s say this VIP customer was happy!
